To approve, and the Chair to sign as a correct record, the Minutes of the meeting of Procurement and Commissioning held on 5 April 2016 (Item 2).
3. Disclosures of Interest
Councillors to declare any disclosable pecuniary interests, or personal interests (including other pecuniary interests) they may have in the business to be transacted, and officers to declare any interests they may have in any contract to be considered.
Notice of Intention to Hold the Meeting in Private

The public and press may be excluded from the remainder of the meeting by virtue of Paragraph 3 (Information Relating to the Financial or Business Affairs of the Authority) of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972, in order that the Committee may consider the Annexes to the following reports:



(a)  Award of Contract - Procurement of Future Transport Services for Home School & General Taxi Bookings for Vulnerable Clients (Ref:  CU2472)

(b)  Award of Contract - Local Bus Service Contracts (Ref: CU2497)

(c)  Award of Contract - Abbeys School Fire Alarm & Emergency Lighting Systems Upgrade (Ref:  CU2535)

(d)  Award of Contract - Cold Harbour School Fire Alarm & Emergency Lighting Systems Upgrade (Ref: CU2534)

(e)  Award of Contract - Southwood School Flat Roof & Patent Glazing Replacement (Ref:  CU2531)

(f)  Approval to Issue a Project Order & Award a Contract & Seek Approval to Proceed to Open Tender - Refreshed Milton Keynes Museum Expansion Project (Ref: CU2465)

(g)  Invitation to Tender - Microsoft Enterprise Agreement (Ref: CU2481)


The Proper Officer of the Council has determined that the Annexes to the reports should be considered in the absence of the public and press by virtue of Paragraph 3 (Information Relating to the Financial or Business Affairs of the Authority) of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972, as disclosure would not be in the public interest.



No representations have been received about why those matters referred to above should be considered with the public and press present.

5. Exclusion of Public and Press
To consider excluding the public and press from the meeting by virtue of Paragraph 3 (Information Relating to the Financial or Business Affairs of the Authority) of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972, in order that the Cabinet Procurement Committee may consider the Annexes to the following reports:
